Famous Pakistani actor Faysal Quraishi has recently responded to the propaganda against him regarding a viral clip that has been circulating on social media about dark web program. In a video message shared on Twitter, Quraishi clarified that the clip was being portrayed incorrectly by some individuals.
Faysal Quraishi stated, “A few people have made a lot of noise on Twitter, when we did the show on the dark web, we were loved by people, and even parents of so many children praised the efforts.” He emphasized that the show was not about blasphemy, as some were portraying it, but rather about the issue of disrespecting the Quran.

As a Muslim, Quraishi expressed that he and his team could bear a certain level of torture, but beyond that, it becomes unbearable. He also mentioned that whatever was discussed on the show was done with the permission of the court.
In the show, Quraishi and religious clerics discussed the issue of children falling prey to the dark web, and the clerics emphasized the need for parents to monitor their children’s social media activities.

However, the clip has received mixed reactions on social media. Some users were of the view that sensitive topics, especially when the nation is emotional, should not be discussed on Pakistani television. Quraishi’s response comes amidst the controversy surrounding the clip and attempts to clarify the intentions behind the show.
As the situation continues to unfold, it highlights the importance of responsible discussions on sensitive topics and the need for clear communication to avoid misinterpretation and misinformation.
