Donald Trump Injured in Assassination Attempt
Former U.S. President Donald Trump was injured in an assassination attempt during an election rally. One person was killed in the attack.
According to international media, the assassination attempt occurred in Pennsylvania where Donald Trump was addressing rally when unknown assailants opened fire and injured him. Donald Trump was wounded, and reports suggest that the attacker was also killed.
American media reports indicate that blood was seen on Trump’s ear. After the shooting, security personnel quickly surrounded the former president and escorted him to safety. The gunfire resulted in the death of one person attending the rally, causing panic and fear among the crowd.
The U.S. Secret Service stated that Donald Trump is safe and has been moved to a secure location. Investigations into the incident have begun.
In a statement, the injured Trump said, “I am fine. I won’t be intimidated and will face everything head-on.”

On the other hand, U.S. President Joe Biden expressed ignorance about the shooting at Trump’s rally. He stated that he had not been briefed on the incident.
It is noteworthy that two days ago, in a press conference, President Biden had refused to withdraw from the presidential race. He claimed that he is the most qualified to run for the presidency, having defeated Trump before and promising to do so again. He said that a Trump victory would be disastrous for the world.
Joe Biden mentioned that Trump’s statements have worried Europe, adding that foreign policy has never been Trump’s strong suit. He criticized Trump’s associations with authoritarian figures and emphasized that his own victory is essential to ensure Ukraine’s success.
